Cremation Services

This service offers a simple and dignified farewell, with Bromleys arranging the cremation date and time. While attendance on the day isn’t possible, we will keep you fully informed throughout.
Starting from £1,750.00

What is included:

• Bromley’s independent Funeral Service will arrange the date and time of the committal and notify the family accordingly.

• Transportation of the deceased by hearse to the crematorium on the day of the service.

• Collection from an address within 15 miles of one of our offices during office hours (an additional charge applies for out-of-hours collection).

• Use of a Kendal coffin.

• Local crematorium fee.

Please note:

• Mourners are not able to attend the cremation service.

• There will be no embalming or viewing of the deceased.

• Coffins larger than 6’2” x 22” (outsize) will incur extra charges.

• If we collect ashes they must be collected from our office within 14 days of the funeral.

• Full payment is required prior to the funeral taking place.

• Funeral Locations available for this package are ; Overdale and Radcliffe 

A calm and straightforward option where the hearse will meet family and friends at a place of your choosing. Embalming and viewing are not included, keeping the process simple. Collection is arranged within 15 miles during business hours. Prices change is subject to your preferred locations.

• The hearse will meet mourners at a location of your choosing.

• Collection from an address within 15 miles of one of our offices during business hours (additional charges apply for out-of-hours collection).

• Use of a Kendal veneer coffin.

• The deceased will be dressed in one of our gowns, or the family may provide clothing if preferred.

• Doctor’s fee for cremation (where applicable).

• Crematorium fee. (based on overdale).

• A minister to conduct the service.

• Sufficient staff to attend and support on the day.

Please note:

• This service does not include embalming or viewing of the deceased.

• Coffins larger than 6’2” x 22” (outsize) will incur extra charges.

• If we collect ashes they must be collected from our office within 14 days of the funeral.

• A deposit of £2,500 is required at least 7 days before the funeral.

For a more traditional and heartfelt farewell, we offer a horse-drawn carriage service. This gentle and respectful tribute creates a memorable journey, allowing you to honour your loved one in a truly special way. Please get in touch to discuss how this can be arranged.

• A beautifully appointed horse and carriage with your choice of White horse (£1,700) or Black horse (£1,600).

• A hearse to transport your loved one to the service.

• A limousine to accommodate family members comfortably.

• Collection from an address within 15 miles of one of our offices during business hours (additional charges apply outside these times).

• Use of a Kendal veneer coffin.

• The deceased dressed in one of our gowns, or clothing provided by the family.

• Doctor’s fee for cremation (where applicable).

• Crematorium fee. (based on overdale).
