Katie sadly passed away surrounded by her loving family at Bolton Hospice on the 18th June 2026 aged 40 years. She will be forever loved and fondly missed. The funeral service will take place at Howe Bridge Crematorium on 10th July 2026 at 11.30am. Following the service everyone is invited to join Katie's family for refreshments and to share memories of Katie at Brookfield Hall. Peel Terrace, Westhoughton. BL5 3SP Donations if desired in memory of Katie to either Centrepoint or Bolton Hospice.
