All staff were very good at picking up my family's mood and could even inject humour in a diplomatic and courtious mannor. Thank you.

Everything was excellent from start to finish, it was a perfect send off and tribute to my uncle David. Peter was amazing and everyone was so very, very professional. The ccvs were beautiful and so very classy, made it extra special. I do apologise for the delay in replying to you, I've been in the muddle. Iand of cause all of our family cannot thank Peter and all your staff enough for everthing they did to make uncle Davids funeral so very special and a comforting experience. Thank you.

Peter is such a kind and conciderate man who put me at ease from the first time I spoke to him. Nothing is too much trouble for him. For me this was just right and Peter made sure thateverything was perfect for our final farewell. Due to family commitments the funeral was delayed and i was alone for 5 weeks, Peter and Ian the celebrant kept in touch, which went above and beyound their roles. And was extremley kind of them both and something i am very gratful for. Thank you for a wonderful fianl farewell.

The arrangement from start to finish was top class. The funeral directors were very understanding and sympathetic at a very difficult time. The staff were polite and dressed very smartly. They made me feel at home by giving me a nice cup of tea this helped me relax.

Everything was arranged perfectly. We needed the fineral to be before a certain date and Peter made sure this was organised. There wasn't any stress or worry + we felt like everything was handled very well. Thank you for making sure everything went smoothly

I only ever met one person, Peter, who cared for my late father and i from our intial meeting. Throughout the process, and after my late father's funeral. Peter was exceptionally kind, couteais, compassionate to my specific circumstances and accomodating and and all requests. Peter shared his moblie number + was immediately responsive to my calls and texts. He was like the 'calm in a storm' and full of reassurances when i needed them. Peter was a blessing to me when i needed one the most!

The funeral was arranged by yourselves to our exact wishes. We are still getting comments from friends and family as to what a special and personal funeral service it was, everything was just perfect. As they say "Colin had a good send off".
